ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING / and photo contest, dinner

AGM – to discuss matters of our Society –
1) Approval of HKLS Financial Statements;告
2) Election of forthcoming Council Members; and
3) Appointment of Auditors.

3 categories as before：
1) IMMATURE STAGE
2) ADULT
3) OVERSEAS
Each member can enter 3 photos for each category.
Winners will get a quick dry HKLS shirt of your size.
6:30pm Dinner
PLACE: HKLS office at Tuen Mun
FEE: HK$50 will be charged for members and child of non-member. Others $100
DEADLINE: 30th April 2012
After 20th April 2012 Member will be charged HK$100
N.B. Please get ready for annual membership fee of HK$150 and

本年度周年會員大會、攝影比賽暨晚宴定於2012年5月20日(星期日) 下午二時半在本會會址舉行
地址：新界屯門新安街堅基工業大廈 17樓B座
程序：
下午2:30 — 周年會員大會：
1) 通過去年財政報；
2) 推選新一屆委員；及
3) 委任本年度核數師

2) 成蟲組
3) 海外組
每人每組可以用三張參加。
獎品：本會會衫一件
晚上6:30 — 周年晚宴
地點：本會會址
費用：會員及小童每位港幣50元，非會員每位港幣100元。
最後報名日期：4月30日
** 注意：會員於4月20日後收費港幣100元。
出席當日繳付周年晚宴費用及新一年度會費 (港幣150元)，請在新討論區 Activities (活動) 內報名。
