Annual General Meeting and Photo Contest
Venue: HKLS Tuen Mun Office
2:30pm AGM – to discuss matters of our Society
1) Approval of HKLS Financial Statements;.
2) Election of forthcoming Council Members; and
3) Appointment of Auditors.
The following persons have agreed to take up the post as forthcoming councils:-

3:30pm Field trips highlights/photo show, Photo contest (physical photos only)
There will be 3 categories as before –
1) IMMATURE STAGE
2) ADULT
3) OVERSEAS
Each member can enter 3 photos for each category. Winners will get a quick dry HKLS shirt of your size.
Annual Dinner
TIME: 6:30 pm
VENUE: TUEN MUN Fu Lam Palance 富臨皇宮火鍋,
FEE: Charges will be Free for Life Members, HK$50 will be charged for members, HK$100 wl be charges for child and non-member
DEADLINE FOR REGISTRATION: 30th April 2013
After 30th April 2013, members will be charged HK$100

攝影比賽分為三個類別 –
1) 幼蟲
2) 成蟲
3) 海外
令位會員可在各項目提交最多三幅照片參賽. 優勝者可獲得鱗翅目學會快乾衫一件.
週年晚宴
時間: 6:30 pm
地點: 屯門富臨皇宮火鍋,
費用: 終生會員免費參加, 一般會員每位HK$50, 非會員及隨行兒童每位HK$100.
報名截止日期: 2013年4月30日
4月30日後報名之會員須付每位HK$100
